Cecelia Keogh

Cecelia I. Keogh, 74, passed away on January 17, 2017. She was born on August 21, 1942 in Baltimore to the late William and Margaret Dennstaedt. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Keogh, Sr.

She is survived by her children, Sandra Biddison and her husband, Tom; Margaret Cofiell, Mark Wills and James Keogh, Jr. and his wife, Paula; her grandchildren, Shannon, Tommy, Amanda and Katelyn, and her great-grandson, Anthony; her siblings, Josephine Kling and William Dennstaedt, Jr.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Sunday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Philip Neri Church on Monday at 10 AM. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.

The family request memorial contributions to be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
