Charles Theodore Winters Jr., 77, of Glen Burnie passed away at his home on April 7, 2016. He was born in Baltimore on December 31, 1938 to the late Marcella and Charles T. Winters Sr. Chuck served in the United States Army from 1961-1964. He enjoyed spending time with his family, reading, history and politics, and was an avid Ravens fan.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carolyn; three children, Charles T. Winters III, Dawn Winters and James Winters (Jennifer); four grandchildren, Ashton Winters, Claire Winters, Crystal Roman (Matthew) and Michael Winters; and three great-grandchildren, Katelyn Falk, Luther Falk and Reece Roman.
