On November 22, 2016, Charles Steven Wittman, 60, passed away at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born in Baltimore to the late Marie and Charles E. Wittman and worked in construction. Charles was a member of the Elkridge Masonic Lodge and he enjoyed fishing, grilling, cruising, NASCAR, and playing with his beloved companion, Tinkerbell. Charles is survived by his cherished sister, Jackie Winter and her husband Dave; his loving nephew Michael Winter and his wife Beverly, and niece, Shari Winter; and his dear great-nephews Michael Jr. and Henry.
