Deena Wright

On August 27, 2011 Deena L. Wright, a resident of Glen Burnie for 39 years, passed away at Riverview Rehabilitation Health Center. She was born on February 4, 1929 in Connersville, Indiana. Deena retired from Anne Arundel County Public Schools after 10 years of service as a media assistant. She was a member of the Glen Burnie United Methodist Church Choir and enjoyed playing the piano, singing, reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren. Deena was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Richard A. Wright. She is survived by her two children, Connie Leffelman and Richard Wright; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Ruth and Charles Perin.
