Edward Joseph Raupuk, 93, of Glen Burnie passed away on September 27, 2015. Edward was born in 1922 in Baltimore, Maryland. He served in the US Army during World War II in the front line Infantry during the European Campaign. Edward was also a recipient of the Bronze Star. He later worked for the State of Maryland, from which he retired after 40 years of service. Edward was a member of the VFW. He was an avid Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens fan.
Mr. Raupuk is survived by five daughters, Terry Lindley and her husband Les, Helen Mulford and her husband Michael, Trudy Sweet and her husband David, Sandra Galloway and her husband Kip, and Nancy O'Neill and her husband Kevin; seven grandchildren, David Sweet, Jr., Matthew Sweet, Joseph Galloway, Robert Sweet, Brian Galloway, Michael P. Mulford and Sandra Sweet; and one great-granddaughter, Morgan Sweet.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Zygmund and Sophia Raupuk and his siblings.
