Frances Kwiatkowski

Frances D. Kwiatkowski, 84, of Linthicum passed away on December 6, 2016. She was born on February 26, 1932 to the late Helen and Alphonse Mrowczyski. She retired from the Social Security Administration as a systems analyst after 25 years of service. Frances enjoyed puzzles and playing scrabble, baking, traveling, going to the ocean and walking the beach while collecting shells. She was a welcoming hostess, who enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard J. Kwiatkowski; and her siblings, Albert Mark and Baby Eva.

Frances is survived by her children, Michael J. Kwiatkowski (Deborah), Cynthia A. Fisher (Chris), and Denise H. Balliet (Jason); her grandchildren, Alyssa C. Scarfo, Zachary K. Fisher, Dominic Scarfo, Madison C. Fisher, Reid J. Balliet and Paige H. Balliet.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Philip Neri Church on Saturday, Dec. 10th at 9:30 AM. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
