Fred Dorsey Jr

April 12, 1942 — June 13, 2018

Fred E. Dorsey Jr., 76, of Pasadena, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2018 at Future Care Chesapeake. He was born in Boston, MA to the late Mary and Fred E. Dorsey Sr. He enjoyed fishing and crabbing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Michael Schreiner; and siblings, Roy, Sid and Ida.
Fred is survived by his wife of 32 years, Susan Jane Dorsey; children, Tina Dorsey, Robin Laffoon, Loretta Ferrin, Jenny Williams and Danny Booker; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Tommy, Kathy, Carol, Penny, Richard and Roger. He will also be missed by his faithful companion, Travis.
Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, June 20th, from 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services on Crain Highway in Glen Burnie. A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, 10 AM, in the funeral home chapel. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
