Gloria Dodson

On Thursday, June 4, 2009, Gloria "Jeannie" Hicks of Glen Burnie lost her battle with cancer. She was the devoted mother of Donald J. Hicks, loving daughter of James H. and Esthalee V. Dodson. Fond sister of Angela M. Anderson, Eldwin L. and James E. Dodson. Cherished grandmother of Dominic and Juliet Hicks. Jeannie was a member for 28 plus years of The Cedarettes in Annapolis. She loved NASCAR and in her younger years raced a quarter midget car #5 and received numerous trophies for her accomplishment in racing. Jeannie enjoyed yard sales, and family gatherings. However the true love of her life was her grandchildren. She adored them and they always made a dull moment bright.
