Harry Pope Sr

On October 12, 2006, Harry Franklin Pope Sr. of Glen Burnie passed away. Devoted husband for 53 years to Frances M. Pope (nee Brocato); Beloved father of Harry F. Pope Jr., Sandra M. Kronstadt and "the twins" Carol A. Butler and Gail J. McPherson; Cherished grandfather of six and great-grandfather of three. Harry lived in Glen Burnie almost 49 years. He worked as a machinist for B&O Railroad, Carlings Black Label and retired from Lever Brothers. Harry was a member of the Glen Burnie Elks Lodge #2266 and the Ferndale Association. He loved playing golf, crabbing and camping. Harry was a handy-man and was never one to say 'no' to a neighbor that needed some help. He was a devoted husband, a loving father and an adoring grandfather.
