Herbert Everhart, age 66, of Glen Burnie, MD, passed away on June 4, 2013 in Juneau, Alaska.
Mr. Everhart, son of the late Herbert Wilton Everhart, Sr. and Mildred Loretta Haynes, was born November 25, 1946 in Winchester, VA. He served in the U. S. Navy from 1965 - 1969. Mr. Everhart was later employed at American General as a finance manager. He is a proud member of Wesley Grove United Methodist Church in Hanover, MD and enjoyed participating in all church activities.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Amy Argenbright Everhart; sons Stephen Everhart (wife Ana) and Brian Everhart; grandson Stephen Everhart; brothers William Everhart and Bobby Haynes. Herb was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to so many. His strong moral values and work ethic were second to none and his sense of humor will never be forgotten. He loved gardening, volunteering at the church and being with family and friends. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association or to Wesley Grove United Methodist Church.
