Howard M. Dillow, Jr., 88, of Glen Burnie, passed away on October 7, 2015. He was born on May 4, 1927 in Baltimore. He retired from the B&O Railroad after 40 years of service. He was a Navy Veteran who served during WWII. Howard was a longtime volunteer and engineman with the S. S. John W. Brown Liberty Ship, of Baltimore. He loved to travel and was very handy.
Howard is survived by his wife of 30 years, Ethel Dillow; his children, Howard M. Dillow, III and his wife, Phyllis; and Margaret Ann Ruzzo and her husband, Steven; his step-children, Toni Boyer and her husband, Rich; and Tracy Hogan and her husband, Wayne. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
