Jim Alderman, 62, a resident of Millersville for 20 years, passed away on January 3, 2015 after a brief illness with cancer. He was born on May 1, 1952 in Maryland. Jim graduated from Brooklyn Park High School and served in the United States Navy on the USS Little Rock. He recently retired from Chesapeake Computing Center after many years of serving the community. Jim had a passion for technology, the Ravens and Orioles. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Alderman.
Jim is survived by his wife of 37 years, Carol; three children, Sheri Alderman, Jimmy Alderman, Krissy Hanneken & her husband Matthew; mother, Jo Alderman; and two grandsons, Tyler & Carter.
