Mary Jurney

MARY "MITZIE" S. JURNEY, 79 of Lakeland, FL, formerly of Glen Burnie passed away on August 30, 2011 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was born on May 27, 1932 in Baltimore. Mitzie was very involved with Holy Trinity Catholic Church and served as a Eucharistic minister. She was a member of the Third Order of The Carmelites and was a volunteer at Mary's Center in Glen Burnie. Mitzie is survived by her children, John Kenneth Jurney, Jr. and his wife Lisa and Jeff Jurney and his wife Fran; her grandchildren, Masha, Anya, Dmitri, Ryan and Jessica Jurney; her siblings, Bruno, Paul and Bob Sobus and Teresa Barber, Bunny Pannell and Marie Luber. She was preceded in death by her husband John Kenneth Jurney.
