Michael Washington

On June 17, 2020, Michael Washington, 61, transitioned peacefully to be with the Lord.

Michael was born March 25, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland.  He is the second child and only son to Benson (deceased) and Eunice (Augustine) Washington.  The family moved to Glen Burnie, Maryland in 1965 where Michael received his early education and graduated from Andover Sr. High in 1977. Michael attended University of Maryland, majoring in Electrical Engineering.  Michael started his early career with the State of Maryland as a Stationary Engineer in April 27, 1988.  Later, Michael transitioned to customer service in the food industry where he worked for several years. Michael was a math-wiz and an enthusiastic sports fan.  He loved the Baltimore Orioles baseball team, but most of all he was a passionate Baltimore Clippers ice hockey fan.  His magnetic personality drew people to him.

Michael is preceded in death by his father Benson Washington.  He is survived by her devoted mother Eunice (Augustine) Washington, loving sisters Vanessa Washington and Sharell Washington, and a host of relatives and friends.
