Nicholas Kaspary, 94 of Glen Burnie passed away on October 6, 2022. Nicholas was born on March 5, 1928 in Baltimore to the late Christian and Elizabeth Kaspary. He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Anna M. Kaspary; his children, Diane Kaspary, David Kaspary (Sharon), and Cindy Meyer (Randy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Kobrin (Sean), Kristin Fink (Derek), and David Kaspary, Jr. (Jessica); his great-grandchildren, Ben Kobrin, Owen Fink, Amelia Kobrin, Kyle Fink, Brynn Kaspary, Nolan Kobrin and Teagan Kaspary; his siblings, Christian “Chris” Kaspary and Betty Kaspary.
Mr. Kaspary served in the US Coast Guard and was honorably discharged in 1949. After a long and distinguished tenure as a design draftsman, he retired from Westinghouse. He enjoyed gardening, watching sports, the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens. He especially loved spending time with his family.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Friday, October 14th from 11-1 PM. A Funeral Service will follow at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment at Loudon Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Hwy., Pasadena, MD 21122.
