Raymond Eldon Payne, 86, of Baltimore passed away on June 6, 2016. Ray was born in 1929 in Baltimore, Maryland. He served in the US Navy from 1948-1952. Ray was employed with Lockheed Martin as a Quality Control Supervisor. He was a member of the American Legion Post 40 and also Scout Master Troop #749. Ray enjoyed camping, fishing, and having his weekends off. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Payne. He is survived by his son, Brian Payne and his lady friend, Patricia Brocato; his sister, Joyce Legg; three nieces, Denise Emory, Patti Solomon, and Patricia Thompson; and sister-in-law, Mary Thompson.
