Rita Komendar

Rita M. Komendar, 93, of Glen Burnie, died at North Arundel Health & Rehabilitation on March 22, 2009 of natural causes. She was born in Baltimore in 1916 to the late Robert and Lillian Kaiss. She was a bookkeeper, typist and a homemaker throughout her life. Rita was active in the Glen Burnie Homeowners Association, Holy Trinity Bizarre's and the Glen Burnie Womens Club - Flower Shows. She loved sewing, gardening, reading and spending time in church.
She is the beloved wife of the late Raymond Komendar, devoted mother of Rita Raeleen Holtz; loving grandmother of Jennifer Gaegler; dear sister of Robert Kaiss and the late Lillian Shoemaker.
