Robert Carter

Robert Lynne Carter, 77, of Columbia, passed away on July 13, 2018. Robert was born on June 27, 1941 in North Dakota to the late Robert and Lenoe Carter. He retired from the US Army as a Master Sergeant. He is survived by his wife, Chung Carter; his step children, Steve Richards (Judy), Bruce (Sue), Kenny Crawford and Bobby Crawford; his grandchildren, Larry, David and Jason; his sisters, Cheryl Pullings (Ron), Kathy Manley and Julie Carter.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Wilderness Chapel, 7565 Teaque Rd, Hanover, MD 21076 on Monday, July 30th at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
