Robert Marvel

Robert L. Marvel, 72, of Glen Burnie passed away on March 17, 2015. Robert was born in 1942 in Annapolis, Maryland. He graduated from Glen Burnie High School, Class of 1960. Robert worked at Rayco Automotive, Surefit Automotive, and later became the Owner and Operator of Marvel's Upholstery. He was a member of the Anne Arundel Archers and the Meade Natural Heritage Association. Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery, golfing, and spending time with his family at his cabin in West Virginia. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Betsy Marvel; two sons, Robert W. Marvel and his wife Pam, and Randy S. Kimble-Marvel and his husband Myron; three grandchildren, Mandi Quinn and her husband Chris, Amber Gill and her husband David, and Miranda Marvel; and three great-grandchildren, Blake Quinn, Kennedi Quinn and Grace Gill. He was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Marvel; and his parents, Francis and Doris Marvel.
