Stella Dow

On January 14, 2007, Stella Anne Dow (nee Beesley) passed away at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She is survived by her devoted husband of 46 years, Walter D. Dow, her loving daughter, Robin Fink, and her two beloved grandsons, Christian and Bryce Fink. Stella was born in Hubbard, Texas to her late parents, Ayres and Mattie Beesley. She was very active in the 32nd District of Anne Arundel County Democratic activities and she enjoyed animals, needlework, gardening and her grandsons.
