Stephen Howard, Sr

On November 10, 2006, Stephen R. Howard, Sr. passed on. Stephen is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Beverly Howard; his dear son, Stephen Howard, Jr.; his parents, Melvin, Sr. and Mary Howard; his brother, Melvin Howard, Jr.; his sister, Barbara Broyles; and three grandchildren. He was predeceased by his dear brother, Thomas Howard. Stephen was a native of Maryland. He resided in Stevensville, Maryland for 19 years. He was a dear man who will be missed by many.
