Smoot; devoted mother of Cecelia Schultz and husband Robert, Patricia Fennington and husband George, John R. Smoot and wife Judy, Gerald L. Smoot and wife Terri, and the late Charles L. Smoot. She is also a cherished grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
