Thomas Leslie Hagan, 81, of Glen Burnie, passed away on July 27, 2022. He was born in Gambrills, MD to the late Thomas Edgar and Dorothy Estelle Hagan. He retired from truck driving after 40 years of service. Tom enjoyed being outside and taking care of his yard. He also enjoyed fishing, wrestling, NASCAR, making people laugh and being the family “jokester”. He loved his dogs, Buddy, Dutchess and Peanut. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, David Hagan, Richard Hagan and Linda Barnes.
Tom is survived by his devoted wife of 55 1/2 years, Marie E. Hagan (nee Taylor); loving daughters, Leslie Maxey and her husband, James, Theresa Litchford and her husband, Richard; cherished grandchildren, Daniel Thomas Hagan and his wife, Rochelle, Donald William Ayers Jr. and his wife, Destiny, and Jennifer Marie Litchford; beloved great-grandsons, Mason, Gavin and Greyson; and his dear sisters, Nancy Hines and Dorothy “Joann” Gray. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. S. W. (at Crain Hwy) on Monday, August 1st, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, 10 AM, in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
