On Friday, November 3, 2006, Trilby Carvilla Poteet, passed away peacefully at her home in Glen Burnie. She was predeceased by her cherished husband of 54 years, Benedict Poteet, Sr. Trilby is survived by her loving children Benedict Poteet, Jr. and Mary Poteet and also her dear siblings, Michael Brooks and Shirley Conway. She is also survived by four beloved grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Trilby was born in Baltimore and was an order filler for Montgomery Wards for 32 years. She enjoyed crocheting and taking the grandchildren on trips.
