William Downs

William E. Downs, 82 of Millersville passed away on March 13, 2021. Bill was born on December 14, 1938 in Baltimore. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Doris Downs; his daughter, Dawn Lee and her husband, Sewall; his grandchildren, Hannah and Preston Lee; and his brother, Emory Downs. Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Charles T. Downs and his parents, Lou and Arthur Downs of Ferndale. Bill was an avid cruiser and loved spending time around the water and traveling. He enjoyed scuba diving, bowling, working in the yard and tinkering around the house. Bill was an avid Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan. He was also a US Army veteran and a customer service representative for International Paper.
